We advise you to clear the surrounding area of your fireplace or stove to give our chimney sweeps good access, this helps us to ensure your room stays tidy and clean.
What fuel should I be burning on my fire or stove?
Toast recommend that you only burn smokeless coal and or well-seasoned hard wood, with a maximum wood water content of 20% (using a moisture meter available from toast). This will greatly increase the life expectancy of your liner and reduce tar buildup, which is the main cause of chimney fires.
